Who we are
Pinlisto is run by Nour Hazim, an individual entrepreneur (micro-entreprise) registered in France, SIRET [SIRET], [address]. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +33 7 44 13 74 06.
These terms apply to every Pinlisto plan, sold to businesses.
What you get
The plan you choose, as described on our plans page on the day you order: website design, hosting, a domain, local SEO, GEO, small changes and remakes at the pace of your plan.
Previews
A preview we send you costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Your website goes online only after you choose a plan and pay.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros, per month. Yearly plans are paid in advance for 12 months, monthly plans every month, by card through Stripe. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
We announce any price change at least 30 days ahead. It applies from your next renewal.
VAT
No VAT is added while Pinlisto is under the French VAT exemption. Businesses in France: VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French tax code (CGI). Businesses elsewhere in the EU: reverse charge, you account for VAT in your country and give us your VAT number. Businesses outside the EU: outside the scope of French VAT, art. 259-1 of the CGI.
Small changes
A small change is an edit to text, photos, prices, hours or the order of sections. Your plan includes a number of them per period; unused changes do not carry over. Ask for them by message.
We reply within 72 hours on Basic and Plus, within 24 hours on Premium. New pages or new features are quoted before we start.
Remakes
A remake is a complete redesign of your website. Remakes are counted from the day your website first goes live: every 6 years on Basic, every 3 years on Plus and Premium.
Your content
We build your website from what your business already shows in public and from what you send us. You confirm you have the right to use what you send. Your photos, texts and logo stay yours. We never invent reviews, services or photos, and you approve your website before it goes live.
Your domain
We register one domain in your name (a .com or your country’s extension, at its standard price) and renew it while your plan runs. The domain is yours: when your plan ends, we hand it over to you on request.
Your website
The design and code of your website remain Pinlisto’s. While your plan is paid, you use them freely. When your plan ends, the website goes offline.
7-day money-back guarantee
If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, we refund what you paid minus the cost of registering your domain. The domain stays yours. The website goes offline and you no longer have the right to use it.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime by message. A monthly plan ends at the end of the month you cancel in. A yearly plan ends at the end of the paid year; apart from the 7-day guarantee, the unused part is not refunded.
Unpaid plans
If a payment fails, we remind you. After 14 days without payment, your website may go offline until the plan is paid.
What we cannot promise
We take care to keep your website online, secure and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, nor any position in search engines or AI assistants. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.
Personal data
We use your contact and payment details only to provide your plan. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by message.
Law and disagreements
These terms are governed by French law. We always try to settle a disagreement by talking first; if that fails, the courts of [city of registration] decide.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We tell you at least 30 days ahead, and changes apply from your next renewal.
